Just popping by to share a quick lunch idea with you lovely folks.
Nothing revolutionary here, but I’m telling you if you like cheese as much as I do (not possible), having it on your lunchtime sandwiches is essential. Cheese always feels like it goes a little further if you melt it down a bit. So that’s what I did here.
I first toasted my bread and then popped the slice with the cheese into the microwave for about 10 seconds. The toasting helps keep it from getting soggy, which is what normally happens if you microwave bread.
2 Slices Ezekiel Whole Wheat Bread – 4 SP
1/2 Hass Avocado – 4 SP
2 oz Lite Shredded Mozzarella – 2 SP
2 oz Low Sodium Turkey Meat – 1 Sp
